Every year, we take great pride in the Gefilte Fish, Puddings, and other Passover delicacies that we produce. For decades, we've used the same recipes, to serve the same families, and quality and consistency are paramount for us.
Coordinating the cooking, packing, and handoff/delivery of all these orders takes time and attention to detail, and to ensure a high degree of accuracy, we need time to prepare. Which is why we have a hard deadline on when orders must be in.
We will have limited quantities of Gefilte Fish available for sale on a first-come first-serve basis.
